Whether it's providing feedback, asking for clarification, or sharing insights, the commenting feature empowers teams to communicate effortlessly, all within the Assess.one platform.

Tagging for Instant Collaboration

To take communication to the next level, we've introduced the ability to tag team members in comments. When a user tags a team member, they will receive both an in-app notification and an email notification, ensuring that important updates and discussions are never missed. This real-time collaboration enhances team connectivity and accelerates decision-making processes.

How Tagging Works

Tagging a team member is simple. When viewing a workflow assessment, click on the "Comment" icon to the right of the page and use the "@" symbol followed by the team member's name or username. You can also add emojis 🤗 Assess.one will automatically suggest team members, making it easy to select the right person. Once tagged, the mentioned team member will be notified instantly.
