You get access to all functionality when allowing you to get started by creating workflows, assessments, uploading data and building your team. Sending SMS and managing email templates or the submission of more than 10 external assessments requires a payment method to be provided during the 30 day free trial.

Workflows, or "Flows" as they are referred to in assess.one, include all form field components, buttons and stages of your workflow. Flows are built using the drag-and-drop flow builder by simply dragging what you need from the component toolbar to your flow canvas and assigning actions to buttons. Publishing your flow is as simple as clicking on the "Publish" button. You will also have access to our AI assistant, AssessAI, which will design and publish your workflows based on your requirements in seconds. There are no limits to the number of flows that you can create and publish allowing you to create flows for as many processes as you like.

Assessments are the records you and your team create based on the published flow design and logic. When creating an assessment, simply select a flow from the drop-down and start completing the assessment. There is no limit to the number of assessments you can create within the app; however external forms are limited to 10 submissions on the free trial unless a payment method has been provided.

Data residency refers to which region or country your data is stored. This is especially important for organisations who have specific data privacy, legal and regulatory requirements for the storage of data. Assess.one provides you with the option during signup to select where you want your workspace data stored. Many companies either do not offer customers with the option to decide where their workspace data is stored or charge a premium for data residency. At assess.one, we believe that you should have control over your data which is why data residency is available to all our customers as standard at no additional cost.

It is both, but you only pay for what is used. If you have team members in your workspace who do not login to the workspace during the monthly billing cycle, then you will not be charged for the inactivity of those team members.

For example, if you have a workspace with 10 team members and only 5 team members use the workspace within the monthly billing cycle, then you will only be charged $99.95 and not $199.90 for the month.

Yes, we provide a 10% discount for annual invoices paid in advance. It is important that you consider the number of people that will use your workspace over the 12 months as we have monthly usage based pricing which might workout cheaper.

We also provide fixed 2 year invoicing with a 20% discount and 3 year pricing with a 30% discount for annual invoicing which is usually the preference for our larger customers who want pricing predictability. Please contact us for more information.

Yes, we can also charge in AUD, EUR and GBP in addition to other currencies. Please contact us and we will set up your invoicing in the desired currency.
