What does unlimited workflows mean in Assess.one?
Unlimited workflows mean you can create and publish as many custom workflows as needed using our drag-and-drop builder. Each “flow” can include multiple stages, fields, and automation logic. You can also use AssessAI, our AI assistant, to generate workflows instantly based on your requirements.
What are unlimited assessments on Assess.one?
Unlimited assessments let you create as many records as needed from your published workflows. There are no internal limits. External assessment submissions are limited to 10 during the trial unless you add a payment method.
What is data residency and how does Assess.one support it?
Data residency refers to where your data is physically stored. Assess.one lets you choose your data storage region at signup, helping you comply with privacy, legal, and regulatory requirements — all at no extra cost.

Assess.one uses a hybrid pricing model. You are only billed for active users each month. If team members don’t log in during a billing cycle, you won’t be charged for them.

Yes. You get 10% off with annual upfront payment. We also offer 2-year plans with 20% off and 3-year plans with 30% off for teams that want long-term pricing certainty.

Yes, Assess.one offers a 10% discount on the monthly plan for verified not-for-profit organisations. Contact us to activate the discount.
Can I pay for Assess.one in different currencies?
